- Click the Zoom logo on the right side of this page.
- The Zoom meeting ID will have to be provided by your provider or their Nursing Assistant before your appointment.
- Enter the provided 9-digit Zoom meeting ID in the box that says Meeting ID or Personal Link Name.
- Press the Join button.
- On the Launching page, Click on the option to join from your browser.
- This will bring you to the Meeting Password page. This is a 6-digit number that will also be provided by your provider or the Nursing Assistant.
- In the Your Name section, type your first and last name and then click Join.
- After this you will be placed in the waiting room until the Provider admits you.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MIC ON YOUR COMPUTER OR DEVICE
- After being admitted to your appointment you will be able to call in using your phone. Dial a number from the list provided on your computer.
- You will be prompted on the phone call for your Conference ID followed by the pound (#) key.
- Next you will be prompted for your Participant ID which is also followed by the pound (#) key.
